This cucumber is all about the skin. It's very thin which means you don't have to peel it before eating! Just rinse it off and enjoy. So not only is this a time save but you also get added fiber in the skin! Who's the big winner...you are, right!

Oh and for you sensitive ones out there, these are also know as "belchless" cucumbers. I know that sounds a little gross but if you're on a first date and order the cucumber salad, you'll be thankful they used Long English cucumbers...Cheerio.
